How Ugareet processes personal data on this website.

Transport enquiry form
When you send a transport enquiry, we process the details you enter: the requested service, loading and unloading location (country, postcode, city), cargo description, weight, number of pallets, preferred vehicle, loading dates and additional notes, as well as your name, company, email address, optional phone number and preferred language, together with a reference number generated by the website. We use this data to answer your enquiry, prepare an offer and coordinate the transport. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries). Fields marked as required are needed to answer your enquiry; all other fields are optional.
Form delivery
The enquiry form is sent over an encrypted connection to the form service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards the enquiry to us by email.
Transport partners
Where necessary to prepare an offer or to organise a transport, we share the required shipment details with selected transport partners. Contact details are only shared where this is needed for loading or delivery.

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the details you provide to handle your request, on the legal bases named above.
Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by IONOS. When you visit the website, the hosting servers process technically necessary data, such as your IP address, date and time of access, the requested page and browser information, in order to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers and does not load external fonts or scripts. It only stores your language choice in your browser's local storage (key “ugareetLanguage”) so the website remembers it. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.
Retention
We keep enquiry data as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and beyond that only for as long as statutory retention obligations (for example under tax and accounting law) require.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR).
